The MX-1 and MX-2 egg washers employ a 3D egg washing mechanism facilitated by specially designed rotating brushes, ensuring comprehensive cleaning of all egg surfaces achieving a thorough level of cleanliness.
The eggs are introduced into the machine through an integrated gravity feeder tray, where specifically profiled rollers allow the eggs to be rotated and sprayed with cleaning solution, while specially designed brushes clean the eggs at every angle, resulting in all surfaces of the egg being cleaned.
Following the washing process, the eggs are conveyed to a drying section, where a stream of air facilitates the drying phase.
